COOK TIME

You've heard of "East meets West"...well, now Northern beans meet Southern flavor - and the results are awesome.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 can (15.5 to 16 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
What To Do:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then immediately reduce the heat to low. Continue heating, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, until the mixture is thoroughly heated through.
Notes

Remember that you can always change the "hotness" of this one by going to a milder or a hotter salsa...now that's the easiest way I know to increase or decrease the spice in your life!
