Mention white chocolate and people think they're in for something very upscale and fancy. White Chocolate Mousse does the same thing. Why? Because it tastes like it's fit for royalty!

Serves: 6

Cooking Time: 10 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (6-ounce) package white chocolate baking bars
  • 1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream, divided
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
What To Do:
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine baking bars and 1/2 cup heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

  2. In a medium bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and remaining cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold white chocolate mixture into whipped cream until blended; do not stir.

  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
