Garlic Butter is always a handy sauce to have around. Whether you're looking to make instant garlic bread or you want to add an extra-special touch to some veggies or the main course, this recipe for garlic butter truly is your secret recipe in the kitchen. What You'll Need:
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
What To Do:
  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. With a spoon, skim the foam off the top and discard.
  2. Add garlic, parsley, and lemon juice; reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
