Are used this sauce to make my own version of the Tuscan bean salad that I like from the Mediterranean bar at my grocery store. There's isn't made with green pesto but I wanted to try this anyway. I'm glad I did. I will make it again. I used different kinds of beans, like cannelloni beans, navy beans, yellow lentils, barley, and large fava beans. They were all dried beans that I soaked overnight first period I just used the beans that I had in my pantry.
