Our favorite dishes are ones that please the eye as well as the taste buds. With artichoke hearts, shrimp, and olives all in its creamy Italian dressing, Artichoke and Shrimp Pasta Salad is a winner in both departments!

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (12-ounce) package tri-colored twist pasta
  • 1 (16-ounce) bottle creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen salad shrimp, thawed and drained
  • 1 (2 -ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
What To Do:
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse, drain again and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dressing and dillweed. Add pasta and remaining ingredients, and toss until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

For added crunch, color, and flavor, add a small chopped red onion.

it looks like a winner, can't wait to try it Chaplin Hipps

must be cooked shrimp right? or do you put in water from pasta

You should use already cooked shrimp, and I cut them in half if they are the larger variety. I also used canned shrimp which can be found near the tuna fish in your local grocery store.

Cooked or uncooked shrimp? Dill weed can be found in the spice section of any food store. Save the salad in a plastic container for 1 to 2 days.

I like the salad How can I save it ?

where can you find dillweed

It is a spice and can be found among other jarred spices (garlic powder, onion powder, etc.) or can be found fresh in your grocery store near fresh basil. Ask a produce man in your local grocery store.
