These tender and savory Polynesian Wings will have your taste buds begging for more because they're so melt-in-your-mouth good.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (about 13 wings) (see Notes)
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) can frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 2/3 cup prepared peanut sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon bottled minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons orange marmalade
Instructions
  1. Cut off wing tips, and discard; cut wings in half at joint.

  2. Combine juice concentrate and remaining 5 ingredients in a small bowl; reserve 3/4 cup marinade, and chill remaining marinade. Pour reserved 3/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic freezer bag; add chicken, and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

  3. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Place chicken skin-side up on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat 8 minutes or until browned. Place wings in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW setting 4 hours. Heat the chilled marinade thoroughly, and brush on wings just before serving.

Notes

You can also buy chicken wings that have already been disjointed. You'll need 26 pieces. Finishing these tasty wings in the slow cooker will ensure tender goodness with each savory bite. The slow cooker is also a good serving container that keeps the wings at an even temperature if you're having them at a party.

OOH ITS SO GOOD!
