So sweet and crunchy, you'd better make a double batch! Make it ahead and keep 'em on hand in case company drops by.

Makes: 7 Cups

Preparation Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 10 min

What You'll Need:
  • 2 cups oven-toasted corn cereal
  • 2 cups oven-toasted rice cereal
  • 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup (1/2-stick) butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate-covered raisins
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. In a large bowl, combine cereals and peanuts. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and mix in sugar until just dissolved. Pour butter-sugar mixture over cereal mixture; mix well to completely coat cereal.
     
  3. Place on a large rimmed cookie sheet that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes.
     
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely (about 45 minutes to an hour). Place in a serving bowl and mix in the chocolate-covered raisins.
