Our Fiesta Bean Soup is so easy to put together, and when you start to smell the spices and other ingredients simmering on the stovetop, your mouth is sure to start watering. What You'll Need:
  • 2 cans (14 ounces each) black beans
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
What To Do:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
