Honey Glazed Carrots

Our Honey-Glazed Carrots are sure to cause a buzz at your table. Baby carrots bathed in a honey-lemon glaze with a hint of ginger are so melt-in-your mouth delicious; they almost won't remember they're eating their veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons light soft tub margarine
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Place the carrots in a medium saucepan. Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-high, cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired tenderness; drain well and set aside.

  2. In the saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.

  3. Return the carrots to the saucepan and toss until mixed well and heated through. Serve immediately.
