What You'll Need:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen Italian-style green beans, thawed
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
What To Do:
  1. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion, and sauté 5 minutes or until tender.

  2. Add green beans and remaining ingredients; cook 20 to 25 minutes or until beans are tender.
