Well? 3 0z. or 8 0z.?

Hi there! The correct amount of cream cheese is 3-ounces. However, if you decide to use 8-ounces you'll just have an extra-creamy casserole. Enjoy!

I want to make sure it is 3oz. not 8 oz. cream cheese?

I also doubt "3 oz". With 2 packages of 10oz spinach, I'd go with 8 oz.

So what's the verdict? 3 0z. or 8 oz.?

Sounds great, but I would leave out the nuts for sure. Also would change the name. Working at a hospital for years, I have learned to avoid any thing with Surprise or Delight in the title. take care all and thanks

I really loved this recipe and so did my 8 grandkids, they LOVED IT!!!!! I will do this one again and again, Thanks Mr. Food

This was really good & so simple to make! I toasted the pecans before adding them. The only thing i would do different next time is add cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.

I love this recipe. An old Greek woman gave it to me a long time ago. I had a brain aneurysm & lost contact with EVERYONE in the town I was living in. I am now in an 'assisted living' & finally my C & a private room in another town. sILVER bELLE (

could you use drained canned spinach?

I was trying to figure out if this is a side dish or a dip for veggies and chips of a sort...just wondering....

Could this be doubled and put into a 9 x 13 inch casserole. cooked the same length of time?--8 are coming for Thanksgiving!
