MR. FOOD ANNOUNCES eCOOKBOOK SERIES

Fort Lauderdale, FL (May 25, 2010) — Ginsburg Enterprises Incorporated, producers of the nationally syndicated Mr. Food TV show, and Internet media company Prime Publishing, LLC announce a new series of Mr. Food eCookbooks.

Mr. Food Decadent Desserts is the first in a series of “electronic cookbooks,” also known as eCookbooks, that can be downloaded by users at no cost from the newly launched Mr. Food Web site, mrfood.com. The first eCookbook can be downloaded here: http://www.mrfood.com/Misc-Desserts/Mr-Food-Decadent-Desserts-eCookbook

The decision to feature desserts as the theme of the first Mr. Food eCookbook was an easy one, according to Caryl Fantel, MrFood.com site editor, since “desserts are by far the most-requested recipes.” Fantel went on to describe what readers will find in this first eCookbook: “More than 25 incredible desserts…everything from Black Forest Cake to Whoopie Pies to Bite-Sized Chocolate Cheesecake, plus lots more treats that are sure to create smiles.”

The eCookbook series is one of the many features found at the new MrFood.com Web site launched by these two media companies earlier this year. An eNewsletter, Mr. Food blogs, food products including traditional cookbooks, and many more offerings can be found there, along with a large database of food-related information plus quick and easy recipes, for which the Mr. Food brand is well known.
