Shipping Terms
We are currently accepting product orders for delivery only to addresses within the continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses will have an additional charge of $10 added. We ask that you provide your street address for delivery, since we ship packages via either UPS Ground Service or the US Postal Service. USPS Media Mail applies to order containing only cookbooks. Items usually ship within 7-10 business days of credit approval.

Payment Terms
Prefer to order by phone? Just choose your items and call our toll-free number, 1-888-467-3663, M-F between 9 am and 5 pm EST to place your order! At this time, orders may be paid by credit card only. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and DISCOVER credit cards; DEBIT CARDS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. If any item in an order is out of stock, we will hold the entire shipment until inventory on the back-ordered item arrives. If you prefer not to wait for the entire shipment, you may place a separate order for those additional items not on back-order and they will be shipped immediately. When placing separate orders, shipping & handling will be charged on each order; if we hold your entire shipment, only one shipping & handling charge will apply. We will only contact you if an item ordered goes on back-order and was NOT yet noted on our Web site. We at Mr. Food thank you for your cooperation and patience.

SALES TAX
For orders to delivery addresses within the state of Florida, 6% sales tax is automatically calculated. However, no sales tax is applied to our edible gifts.

ORDER PROCESSING
After you've completed your order, please print a copy and keep it for your records. This print-out will contain your order number, necessary when corresponding with us regarding your order.

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why we offer a no-hassle money-back guarantee on all our products for sixty (60) days. Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition and in original packaging. See "Return Policy" for return instructions.

RETURN POLICY
We have selected products that we hope will delight you and satisfy your needs. We sincerely hope that you never need to return anything, but if you must make a return, simply follow the instructions enclosed with your merchandise. If for some reason you do not have those instructions, you may e-mail us by clicking on the link below. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will make every effort toward that end. Refunds will be given for merchandise that is returned unused, sealed, and in resalable condition, excluding the costs of shipping and handling.
