Be an “Early Bird”

Get a head start on your Thanksgiving feast
by roasting and carving your turkey
the day or evening before.
You’ll free up your oven for your go–alongs
and be on your way to a stress–free day.

Ready Your Roasting Pan:
Arrange all parts skin–side up on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Pour any remaining pan juices into the pan and add canned chicken broth if necessary to make about 1/2 inch of liquid in the pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Oven Reheat Option:
One hour before serving, reheat the turkey by placing the roasting pan in a preheated 350 degree oven.

Stovetop Reheat Option:
For even faster reheating, place the roasting pan on top of the stove and steam for about 20 minutes, or until hot.
