Fresh Bread Crumbs: Simply put your day-old bread in a food processor with a grater blade and voila…you have the lightest, freshest-tasting bread crumbs you’ve ever eaten. |

Dry Bread Crumbs: Toast your day-old bread on a cookie sheet in a hot oven until golden. Place in a food processor with a grater blade. For seasoned bread crumbs, add some granulated garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; there’s nothing like homemade. |

Crunchy Croutons: Cut your bread into ½-inch chunks, toss with melted butter or olive oil, season, and bake in a 375-degree oven until crunchy throughout. |
