OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
I. CONTEST DATE:
The "Heart Healthy Idaho Potato Recipe" Contest (the "Contest") begins February 8,
2013, and ends February 24, 2013. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., EST., on
February 24, 2013. Submission of Entry Materials (outlined below) constitutes Entrant's
acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Official Contest Rules (the "Contest
Rules") and the decisions of the Ginsburg Enterprises, Incorporated (GEI), Prime
Publishing, LLC, and the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC).
To be eligible, Entrant must be a legal U.S. resident, at least 18 years old at the time of
entry. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Internet access is required to enter and photo uploading capability is required if
submitting a photo with the recipe (photo and recipe must be submitted at the same time).
Employees of GEI d/b/a Mr. Food, 1770 NW 64 Street, Suite 500, Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida, PPL, 3400 Dundee Road, Suite 220, Northbrook, IL 60062, IPC, 661 S.
Rivershore Lane, Suite 230, Eagle, ID 83616, or any other organizations affiliated with
the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, Prize support, advertisement or promotion
and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate
families or persons residing at the same address are not eligible.
III. ENTRY Requirements:
To enter, Entrant must create an original potato recipe featuring Idaho potatoes with a
heart healthy approach. The recipe must be submitted on the entry form found on
www.mrfood.com anytime during the entry period as stated in Section I.
Qualifying recipes must adhere to our "Quick & Easy" cooking guidelines:
- No more than 10 total ingredients, including Idaho potatoes
- All ingredients must be easy-to-find and available at local supermarkets across the
- Instructions should be clearly, simply written, and manageable for the average home
- Prep time should be less than 30 minutes
- Entrant must be specific with measurements, directions, cans, packages, and
cookware/bakeware needed so others can successfully reproduce the recipe
- Entrant must also include a few words (100 or less) about the origin of the recipe;
share any compliments the recipe has received, plus any variations Entrant may
- Recipes must be original
- Must be tasty and visually appealing

Then follow the links and instructions to enter your best original heart healthy Idaho
potato recipes and optional corresponding photo(s) of the prepared dish (recipe and photo
collectively referred to herein as "Entry Materials"). Multiple entries will be accepted but
each entry must be for a separate and unique recipe. If any duplicates are received, only
the earliest entry will be considered. Photo(s) are not required but highly recommended.
Entry Materials must be created by and be original to Entrant. Entrant represents and
warrants that the Entry Materials do not violate or infringe any copyright,
trademark/trade name, logo, trade secret or intellectual-property right, or other
proprietary right of any person or entity. Failure to adhere to the Contest Rules of entry
will make Entrant's submission ineligible for entry into the Contest.
IV. WINNER SELECTION:
Entrants may submit recipes for Contest consideration from 12:01 am, EST February 8,
2013 through 11:59PM. EST., on February 24, 2013. The Mr. Food Test Kitchen Team
will review each entered recipe and choose 10 finalist recipes based on the above criteria.
Finalist recipes will be posted on MrFood.com and made available for public voting
between February 28 and March 10, 2013. The finalist with the highest number of votes
will receive the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email, first-
class mail, or telephone. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide proof of
eligibility as well as an acceptable digital image of themselves for use in Contest-related
promotions. Winners cannot disclose any details about Contest or results prior to formal
announcement by GEI. Decisions by the judges are at their sole discretion and are final
and binding in all respects.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a $2,500.00 check from the Idaho Potato
Commission and their winning recipe will be featured on a nationally syndicated Mr.
Food TV Segment featuring special guest, Denise Austin. The nine (9) finalists will
receive a prize package including autographed copies of Mr. Food Test Kitchen's "Quick
& Easy Comfort Cookbook" and Denise's Austin's "Side Effect: Skinny", and branded
Idaho potato merchandise. All prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for
cash. GEI, reserves the right to substitute Prizes of equal value.
VI. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a condition of being declared the Grand Prize Winner and being eligible for the Grand
Prize, the Winner agrees to the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules prepared by
GEI. If the Winner fails to comply with these requirements, the Prize will be forfeited
and awarded to an alternate winner.
Winner is responsible for any and all taxes derived from and/or through the Contest, and
Winner's winnings, if applicable.
The winning Entry Materials and any performance, demonstration, participation or
appearance by the Winner in connection with the Contest or the Prize (the "Property")
will be deemed a Work Made For Hire by GEI, under the copyright laws of the United
States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then Winner irrevocably sells, assigns and transfers
to GEI all of Winner's right, title and interest in and to the Property, including, without
limitation, all copyright and trademark rights, in the United States and worldwide,
therein, for valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
Entrant warrants and represents that Entrant has the power and authority to grant the
rights granted herein. If any Winner or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable,
GEI in its sole discretion may cause the Prize to be forfeited and an alternate Winner
Failure to claim Prize within fourteen days (14) of the date on which the Prize is awarded
shall result in forfeiture of the Prize.
VII. USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS:
Entrant grants permission for GEI, and those acting pursuant to GEI, authority to use, in
perpetuity, Entrant's name, picture, voice, performance, likeness, biographical
information, statements, property, Prize information, demonstrations, recording and/or
other appearance or participation in connection with the Contest and Entry Materials, any
and all of which may be altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, together or with
other works, and/or used in distorted, illusory or composite form, as solely determined by
GEI, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, at
any time(s), in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide, including,
without limitation, print, radio and television broadcasting, cable casting, audio/visual,
closed-circuit exhibition, and on the Internet, without notice or review or approval.
VIII. DISCLAIMER/ RELEASE/ LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Entrant releases GEI, and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries,
employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, agents,
representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsors, and their
respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, representatives and
agents (individually and collectively, "Releasees") from, and agrees that Releasees shall
have no liability for, and shall be held harmless and indemnified by Entrant against, any
and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind
to person(s), including personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, or
violation of intellectual-property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy resulting in
whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in the Contest and
the participation in, acceptance, possession or use of any Prize.
The Releasees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
- Printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials;
- Technical failures, including, without limitation, electronic, hardware or software
program, network, telephone, Internet, website, ISP availability or computer
malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; or
- Any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in
whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of
any Prize, or travel or accommodations in connection with any Prize.
- GEI, may refuse to make an Entry available on its website or on TV or discontinue
posting an Entry on its website for any reason, as determined by GEI, in its sole and
absolute discretion. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual
out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in
no event attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain
awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, special,
incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-
IX. ENFORCEMENT OF RULES AND RIGHT TO SUSPEND, MODIFY OR CANCEL CONTEST:
GEI, reserves the right to take any action as it deems necessary
to enforce these Contest Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Contest, including,
without limitation, disqualifying Entrants who do not comply with these Contest Rules.
GEI, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest for any reason

Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the
individual Entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries

service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses
may be blocked. The accumulation of coins generated through robotic, automatic, macro,
or like methods is also strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the Automated Cheat
was used in connection with Entrant's account.
X. GOVERNING LAW:
The Entrant, including construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this
Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to choice
of law or conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out
of or connected in any way with the Contest or any Prize awarded shall be brought
exclusively in a federal or state court in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
In the event that any provision of these Contest Rules conflict with the law under which
these Contest Rules are to be construed or if any provision is held invalid by a court with
jurisdiction over the parties to the Contest Rules, such provision will be restated to reflect
as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable
law, and the remainder of these Contest Rules will remain in full force and effect. If
either party fails to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any
provision of the Contest Rules, or to exercise any right under the Contest Rules, such a
failure will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party's
right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. These
Official Contest Rules constitute the entire understanding between the parties as to the
Contest and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the Contest.
As a condition of participating in this Contest, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes
which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of
or connected with this Contest, or any Prizes awarded, or the determination of the Winner
shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by
arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration
Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will
Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim
punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys'
fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of- pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with
entering this promotion), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied
or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Contest Rules, or Entrant's rights and obligations or if
applicable GEI rights and obligations in connection with this Contest, shall be governed
by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without
