Every time I see Salisbury steak ,I think of my mom. It makes me think of when I was a little girl and my mom would make this home made. I loved it, but sadly my kids do not. Maybe, I will make it on a rare night that it is just me and my husband.

Instead of plain beef gravy, try using mushroom gravy. I also added a dollop of sour cream for extra richness. Yum!
