Would the gluten free mix work?

The Test Kitchen has not used gluten free mix, so we can not accurately answer that question.

Three cloves of garlic seems like a lot for this recipe. Is the garlic taste strong? Thank you!

Hi there! Yes, this recipe has a distinct garlic taste. You can reduce the garlic to 1 clove or eliminate it completely from this recipe. Enjoy!

On the buttery pilgrim biscuits do you mean 2 cups pancake and baking mix or do you mean 2 cups pancake OR baking mix. Or one of each?
