Do not put in muffin tin. They get stuck and crumble when you try to get them out. They work great as drop biscuits.

Very good! I didn't have bisquick or garlic powder. I used the following recipe as a bisquick substitute: 1 cup flour 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon shortening I even subbed have white flour for wheat. I used minced garlic in batter instead of garlic powder. It was very good.

I made these last night and my oh-so-picky son loved them! I used an ice cream scoop to place them in a muffn pan and they were fantastic! I did use a splash more milk in my batter as it appeared to need it. The biscuits were moist and delish!

The experiment continues. I made with eggnog instead of milk and left them in fridge over night. The swelled up a bit and looked like balls cut in half, and were fantastic when cooked

I did not have baking mix so I used the drop biscuit recipe from my Betty Crocker cookbook. I just added the cheese to that recipe. It worked very well. My family loved them!
