Love the combination of lemon and coconut! Might need to give this one a try!

I made this and found it to be dry. However, my family said they liked it.

I am so sorry but this recipe is too dense, very heavy with the coconut. Can hardly taste the lemon and I used real lemons. Followed instructions to the T. May should be done with a mixer? Had same comments from friends I shared this with.

Why can't you add this recipe to my recipe box?

It was very coarse and Fell apart slicing it. Nothin.g like the picture.

It might help to put the coconut in the food processor to chop them a little finer. I've that same thing happen when I use shredded coconut, and chopping them a little more finely helps enormously! Now I always chop the coconut finer so the pieces don't get caught in my 89 yr. old Dad's dental bridge. I hope this helps.

Thank you for this great tasting bread, i tried it ,,it came out great and tasted really great too yummy ,,,Thanks again MR FOOD.,,I really enjoy cooking with your recipes.

I will be trying this, just bought a package mix for a lemon bread and it was yummy, but I like homemade anytime I can, i'm retired and have the time.

we really like it, I had left over cocout cream left over so used it in place of milk

Looks good, but wish nutritional value is added to the recipes. It would be sooo helpful.

Wish they had the nutrition on all the recipes

I wish there was a review from someone who has actually tried the recipe.

Another EASY and delicious recipe to share with our Coffee Bunch Monday morning! Thanks soooo much!

Mardi Gras Beignets

Celebrate Mardi Gras with a New Orleans classic! Beignets are basically fritters, in that they're made from dough that's dropped into hot oil and deep-fried until golden and delicious. Before they're ready to be enjoyed our Mardi Gras Beignets are sprinkled with confectioners' sugar, just like they do in N'awlins!
