Not everyone has unlimited access to internet. I have to pay for my data. Give me the option of watching a video or having a picture. I want to print out the recipe, not watch a video. I cannot use this site under these conditions. Why did you change?

Please stop all the video's. Is there a way too turn that off???

Very nice batter. Cake rose beautifully. Way too dense and VERY DRY! The frosting was not that great either. Will not make again!

Hi there! This cake is a dense kind of cake, similar to the old-fashioned kind that your grandma might have made. Thanks!

Not a big fan of Buttermilk Can I use Regular milk instead or will it not work?

Hi there! Yes, you can substitute 1 cup regular milk for 1 cup buttermilk in this recipe. Enjoy!

Made this as directed has a real good flavor but mine was very dry not sur what happened.

This buttermilk cake is a dense cake like a pound cake and not like a regular box cake so it could be a little drier. We recommend making sure not to overcook it, and try baking for 5 minutes less. Let us know how this turns out for you, we would love to hear back!

Made this today and brought to my rosemaling class. A bunch of nice but opinionated women. They ALL loved it. Will make again.

Good recipe with old fashioned flavor.. A keeper

It's yummy!

nasreenbd630011...If this cake is "yummy" why did you give it only one star????
