  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • Cooking spray
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Stir together 1/3 cup flour and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Whisk eggs just until foamy in another small bowl, and stir in pressed garlic.

  4. Place a lightly greased wire rack in a 10- x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet. Dredge chicken tenders in flour mixture, shaking off excess; dip in egg mixture, and dredge in crushed tortilla chips. Boston Brown Bread

This colonial-style brown bread is actually cooked inside of a can and it's a New England favorite! Our Boston Brown Bread is moist and flavorful on its own, but it's even better when you slather on some butter or cream cheese right before serving!
