Eggs: Omelets, Wraps & More

Eggs provide 13 essential vitamins and minerals for just 70 calories. A fantastic source of high-quality protein, eggs help you stay satisfied throughout the day, which can help with weight loss. Eggs are a good way to start the day because they provide the energy you need to get through busy days!

Grains: Oatmeal, Pancakes & More

Grains are one of the healthiest options to have as part of a nutritious breakfast. Whole, unprocessed or minimally processed grains are a fabulous source of complex carbohydrates, fiber and protein. I got my teenage son to eat breakfast again with the Microwave Egg, Bacon 'N' Cheddar Bagel. I make it, wrap it up for him and he eats it on the way to school. It has been a life saver! I am going to try other sandwiches and wraps now too!

Trying to add more protein to my diet without adding to my cholesterol. Berries 'n' Cream Oatmeal sounds really good for just that.

Thanks for this collection! Trying to eat healthier and these will help me start the day right. Tried the Overstuffed Mediterranean Omelet and it was yummy.
