Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheese Ball

Who says a cheese ball has to be savory? Jazz up things at your next party with this sweet version. It's great served with graham crackers or apple and pear slices.
What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup chocolate and peanut butter chips
- 1 tablespoon chocolate liqueur (optional)
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted Graham crackers
What to Do
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter at medium speed of an electric beater until creamy.
- Stir in sugars, cocoa, chips, and if desired, liqueur. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Shape chilled mixture into a ball, and roll in toasted pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
