I agree that it does not keep well but is delicious! I used green onions so the purple color did not bleed into the sauce.

This is a real good salad - but not good for leftovers. When we went back to eat what was left the next day it was yucky. The radishes had went soggy. Don't make more than 1 serving at a time.

I loved it !

Oops...forgot the semi-colon between "good" and "however." Don't want to set any bad examples.

This recipe looked good and sounded good however, I have recipes for pea salad made with Veganase or mayo that I like MUCH better. My taste buds told me that this dish was devoid of personality, so I added several ingredients in an attempt to make the proverbial silk purse from a sow's ear. Despite all best efforts, what I was still left with was the ear. Albeit this is not a keeper, I do love many of Mr. Food's recipes that I've tried over the years.

I JUST BOUGHT SOME RADISHES YESTERDAY, AND WHEN I SAW THIS RECIPE I HAD TO MAKE IT! IT IS SO GOOD! I MIGHT TRY ADDING SOME GRATED CHEESE NEXT TIME.

SOUNDS VERY REFRESHING AND TASTY. GOOD RECIPE TO MAKE FOR SPRING PICNICS! I BET THIS RECIPE WOULD GO WELL WITH FRIED CHICKEN.
