Our Spicy Seasoning Rub has a flavor-packed south-of-the-border kick, that turns any food you rub it on into a fiesta in the making!

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (to taste)

What to Do

  1. Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  2. Makes 3/4 cup.


Notes

Cover and store any unused rub for future use.

Just tried this on a half chicken. Outstanding taste. Once the rub was applied I wrapped it in foil and put it in the fridge for a few hours, took it out, let it come up to room temp and then on a hot grill, flipped it every 5 to 7 minutes. We used the carrot relish also found here as a side dish....My oh My! This is a keeper.
