Forget store-bought dressing 'cause it doesn't get any easier than this. Toss the ingredients into a blender jar, and let your blender do the rest!

What You'll Need:
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
What To Do:
  1. Process first 7 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. With blender running, add oil in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth. Cover and chill.

I enjoyed this dressing a lot. I don't recommend substituting olive oil to be healthier as the oil flavor is stronger. I used a different vinegar as I did not have apple cider vinegar and it was also stronger. I would stick to exactly what the recipe calls for to give the best results. All-in-all, it was very good and we enjoyed. I got almost 2 cups of dressing.
