Easter is almost here, and you know what that means … light and fresh recipes! Every year I can hardly wait for the yummy spring foods that my grandma and I make for Easter. From carrot cake to deviled eggs, I love ’em all and I believe that there’s a recipe out there for everyone to love too.
I look forward to getting together with loved ones for different holidays, and Easter is no exception. From church and a light brunch in the morning to egg hunts in the afternoon, we get to relax while cooking some of our best family recipes in the evening. In fact, one of my favorite parts about any holiday is making and eating all of the yummy food. I’m always drawn to the side dishes because it seems that there are always so many options! Some traditional dishes at my family’s table are lemon roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a giant spinach salad.
Since I love Easter side dishes so much, I thought I’d share a few of my favorites from MrFood.com. In fact, I will definitely be making plenty of these roasted vegetables, cold deli salads, and deviled eggs for my family’s celebration this year.
Roasted and Baked Sides: I love slow roasting vegetables in the oven. There’s something about bringing out the flavor of a yummy green veggie or some sweet carrots that tastes so good. Roasted veggies this rich in color are even richer in flavor! I bet that my whole family will scarf these down, ‘cause they’re lip-smackin’ delicious:

Different Deli Salads: Most people love having a variety of deli salads at their Easter dinner table (like my family!), which is why I think that you’ll love this variety I’ve put together. Whether it’s lunch, brunch, or dinner, these ones are sure to go fast:

Hard Boiled Egg Sides:
Some of my favorite childhood memories are of dying Easter eggs at my grandma’s house. My mom and aunt would always try to get us to eat the freshly peeled eggs, but as a kid I was not a fan, but thank goodness that’s not the case anymore! These recipes are an easy way to use up hard-boiled eggs, and boy am I a fan of these ones today:

Don’t all of these recipes look absolutely delicious? I hope that your family loves them as much as mine will because sharing recipes this good is the perfect way to celebrate Easter with loved ones.
Of all these delicious recipes that I’ve told you about, I want to know…
