Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese

The gang will think fancy schmancy when they dig into this elegant appetizer- and all you did was dress up a log of goat cheese! It's a grand starter to a festive holiday evening, and it's so-o-o easy!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (11-ounce) log goat cheese
What to Do
- Combine first 3 ingredients. Roll goat cheese in cranberry mixture, pressing firmly.
- Wrap cheese log in plastic wrap, and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
