We hope you've got a big appetite because you're going to gobble this one right up! With both beef and green beans, this is a full meal all wrapped-up into one.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped, divided
  • 1 can (8 ounces) cut green beans, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) ready-to-use beef broth

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/2 cup onion, the green beans, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Mix well and form into 6 oval-shaped patties.

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and place the remaining chopped onion around the patties.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, beef broth, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve topped with the sauce.
