One bite of our New Style Liver and Onions and you'll wonder why you've not been cooking it this way all these years. It's a new spin on an old classic!

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 onions, cut into wedges
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 pound beef liver, cut into 3/4-inch strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers and saute 8 minutes, or until tender.
      
  2. Add remaining ingredients, cook 7 to 8 minutes, or until heated through and liver is cooked to desired doneness.
