Pepper Parmesan Burgers

You've enjoyed this taste in dressing, now try it in burgers. It's a simple way to spice up your burgers for a completely new and original flavor.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 hamburger buns, split

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal amounts and make 4 patties.

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the patties for 7 to 9 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the juices run clear.

  3. Serve the burgers on the buns.

Notes

If you want to go a step further, serve these with sliced tomatoes and lettuce, in addition to your favorite condiments.
