Greek Bread

One bite of this cheesy bread will have you craving more, more, more! And when I say cheesy, I mean it, cream cheese and feta take this anytime bread over the top!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 (16-ounce) loaf unsliced French bread
  • 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled tomato-basil or plain feta cheese
  • 1 (2-14/-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup drained, chopped peperoncini peppers

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Slice bread loaf in half horizontally. Spread cream cheese mixture on cut sides of bread.
     
  2. Sprinkle feta cheese, olives, and peppers over cream cheese mixture. Place bread on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
