What You'll Need

  • 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 4 bananas)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (16-ounce) container chocolate frosting

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat sugar, butter, sour cream, and eggs until creamy. Beat in bananas and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Pour into baking dish.
