What You'll Need

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 2 (12-ounce) jars chicken gravy
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (16.3-ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except biscuits. Pour into a skillet and top with biscuits.
  2. Cover and cook on medium-high heat 18 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and biscuits are steamed.
