Tangy Chicken Breasts

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, or 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 chicken breast halves (bone in)

What to Do

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, and garlic.

  2. Place the chicken in a shallow pan. Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains, turning the chicken frequently.
