Peach Yogurt Refresher

This shakelike beverage is a healthy and tasty way to start your day. Fresh mango slices are a refreshing substitute for fresh peaches-use equal amounts.

What You'll Need

  • 3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tablespoon sugar

What to Do

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides. Serve over ice.
