Pudding Cookies

These are fun to make and fun to eat, so have the kids help make them. (We know they'll help eat them!)
What You'll Need
- 1 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1 package (4-serving size) instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Sugar for sprinkling
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Roll the batter into balls and place on ungreased non-stick cookie sheet(s), 2 inches apart.
- Flatten the cookies with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
- Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
