Oven Baked Salmon Steaks

M-m-m! Fresh salmon never had it so good- and neither have you, I bet! It's a cinch to slather this easy-to-make herbed butter over the salmon steaks, and pop 'em in the oven.

What You'll Need

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon steaks
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Lemon wedges

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Place salmon steaks in a 7- x 11-inch baking dish. Combine butter, lemon-pepper seasoning, and garlic salt in a small bowl; stir well. Pour over steaks in dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

  2. Bake, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
