Pecan Crusted Salmon

What You'll Need

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs (homemade)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; place skin side down in a lightly greased 7- x 11-inch or 9-inch square baking dish.

  2. Combine mustard, butter, and honey in a small bowl; brush over fish. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley in another small bowl; spoon evenly across top of fish.

  3. Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
