Cream Coated Grapes

Cream Coated Grapes are really dressed up! The sour cream coating makes them elegant enough to eat with a spoon.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup sour cream (see Note)
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 pound green seedless grapes, washed and drained

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
     
  2. Add grapes; mix well. Spoon into parfait glasses, bowls, or even champagne glasses, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Note

A lighter alternative is to use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream.
