Who can resist fresh dumplings? These are light, fluffy, and a nice change-of-pace go-along.

What You'll Need

  • 3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, milk, and mayonnaise; mix well. Spoon evenly into a microwave-safe 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter and paprika; mix well then brush over the dumpling batter.
  3. Microwave at 70% power for 8 minutes, or until cooked through.
