Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
Microwave a package of chocolate chips until they're melted, stirring constantly so the chocolate doesn't boil or burn. Dip cleaned and dried fresh berries into the melted chocolate and let them firm up on waxed paper before serving.
Chocolate Fondue or Chocolate Fountain
Serve chunks of pound cake, fruit and marshmallows as dippers for either a chocolate fondue or chocolate fountain.
Trifle
A trifle includes many layers of ingredients from pudding or mousse to whipped cream, cake, fruit and chopped candy bars, maybe with a drizzle of flavored syrups or liqueur. There are no rules – except to serve it up in a clear bowl so you can see all the different layers!
