Easy Pecan Tarts

Wow your guests with these fancy delights that can be whipped up in minutes.

What You'll Need

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 (2-inch) unbaked tart shells

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Spoon pecan mixture into tart shells. Place filled shells on a baking sheet. Bake 16 to 18 minutes of until filling is set. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Notes

For a special touch, top them with whipped cream and pecan halves.
