Summer Fruit Toss

For that perfect light summer treat, whip up this Summer Ambrosia and enjoy the mix of citrusy fruits for the season!

What You'll Need

  • 2 cup sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, slightly toss together peaches, blueberries, banana and lime juice.
  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle on coconut.

Notes

For an even more "summery" fruit toss, add some nectarines, plums or mangos.
