Fettuccine with Blue Cheese Artichoke Sauce

What You'll Need

  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fettuccine
  • 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (10-ounce) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

What to Do

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.

  2. Meanwhile, cook artichokes and mushrooms in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add Alfredo sauce to artichoke mixture; cook until thoroughly heated.

  3. Place pasta in a large bowl. Pour sauce mixture over pasta; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese.
