What You'll Need

  • 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 10 pieces

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried chives

What to Do

  1. Place meat between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to 1-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle both sides of meat with lemon pepper.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer to a serving platter, and keep warm.

  3. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard to skillet; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meat, and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.

Notes

A little background music can set the tone for dinnertime conversation for friends or family. For instance, pick music to reinforce an international-themed menu. Whatever you choose, keep it low enough to set the mood but still allow for quiet conversation as well as please the ages and tastes of whoever gathers 'round your table.
