Lemon Rice Pilaf

We don't know about you, but we're big fans of pilaf and this Lemon Rice Pilaf is no exception! Lemony, peppery, and yum-my, this recipe is a huge hit every time! Try it and see for yourself!

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 celery ribs, sliced
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cup warm cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

What to Do

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add celery and green onions, and saute until celery is tender.
     
  2. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
