Carpaccio Sauce

Don't be put off by the fancy-sounding name. Carpaccio Sauce is a snap to whirl together in your blender, and spoon over roast beef to add a restaurant-special flair.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 teaspoon capers
  • 2 bunches fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

What to Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender jar; blend until very smooth.

  2. Store in refrigerator.

  3. Makes 2 cups


Notes

If serving sauce over warm meat, allow sauce to reach room temperature before using.
