What You'll Need
- 2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 3 tablespoon chopped radish
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
What to Do
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture evenly over lettuce leaves.
